Enjoy all things paranormal and science fiction during the two-day SWFL UFO & Paranormal Conference this weekend in Fort Myers. Alien hunter Derrel Sims, who has appeared on several national TV shows, including “Ancient Aliens,” “Uncovering Aliens” and “The Colbert Report,”‘will bring his evidence of alien and Bigfoot activity. Host of SyFy’s “Haunted Collector” John Zaffis will also be a featured guest. The conference runs from 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Araba Shrine Red Fez Lounge, 2010 Hanson St.reet, Fort Myers. Admission costs $15 per day or $25 for a weekend pass. Snow Blast, Three Kings Celebration, Epiphany: 10 things to do this weekend in Tampa Bay

This weekend is your last chance to play in real snow in St. Petersburg. Snow is pumped in daily to the Enchanted Snow Pavilion at the southeast lot of Tyrone Square Mall. There are eight lanes of snow tubing, an area to sculpt snowballs and snowmen, an area for snowball fights and an area for smaller children with a Candy Cane Castle. Admission is $25 and gets you an hour and a half to enjoy Snow Blast Florida.

Saturday is your last chance to enjoy the winter wonderland at Curtis Hixon Park in downtown Tampa. There’s an ice skating rink, places to get hot chocolate and Kahwa coffee and pop-up PODS containers for local craft shopping. Admission is free.
