‘I tend to do whatever makes me happy, because I want to enjoy working out, instead of it being a chore.’

She listed HIIT,’ pilates, running weights, boxing core workouts and hiking as her favourite workouts.
She went on to name some of her favourite HIIT exercises, including high knees, burpees, ‘prisoner squats’, ‘farmer’s walks’, kettle bell swings and squat presses.’
‘I also love walking [and] hiking and try to get outdoors as much as possible because that boosts my mood as well as being a form of exercise,’ she revealed.
